RILEM Conference
16–18 June 2008

The conference registration fee includes Sunday evening opening reception, three luncheons, Tuesday evening excursion, program materials, and one (1) copy of the Conference proceedings.

Regular:
If received on or before April 15, the fee is $595 USD. 
After April 15, the fee is $645 USD.

U.S. Government Employee (FHWA, State, and local highway agencies):
If received on or before April 15, the fee is $250 USD. 
After April 15, the fee is $300 USD.

Student:
If received on or before April 15, the fee is $300 USD. 
After April 15, the fee is $350 USD.

Accompanying Person:
(The registration fee includes Sunday evening opening reception and Tuesday evening excursion.)
If received on or before April 15, the fee is $180 USD. 
After April 15, the fee is $205 USD.

Payment in full is expected upon registration for the conference.  Please use the registration form as your invoice.  Phone or fax registrations must have a credit card number.  Payment by cash, check, or credit card must accompany all on-site registrations.

Cancellations
If you register and find you cannot attend, a refund less a $50 processing fee will be made if you notify the Conferences & Institutes office (217-333-2880) by April 15, 2008.  No refunds will be issued after April 15.  You may send someone in your place.
