IDOT Names Christine Reed as Director of Highways

ICT congratulates Ms. Christine Reed on her promotion to Director of Highways. Ms. Reed has been employed with IDOT since 1989, holding various positions in the Bureau of Materials and Physical Research and the Office of Planning and Programming. Most recently she served as Deputy Director of Highways/Region Four Engineer. Ms. Reed is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in Illinois. ICT looks forward to working with Ms. Reed in her new role.
