Fini Passes Dissertation Defense and Wins WTS Award

Eli Fini passed her Dissertation Defense titled, "Adhesion Mechanisms of Bituminous Crack Sealant to Aggregate and Laboratory Test Development" on April 4. Eli is a student of ICT Director Imad Al-Qadi.

The ICT congratulates Eli on the successful completion of her dissertation.

Additionally, Eli received the 2008 WTS-Chicago Helene M. Overly Memorial Graduate Scholarship with an award amount of $4,000. WTS is devoted to advancing the professional development of women in the transportation industry.
