ICT has an in-house editor, Leslie Sweet Myrick, who is available to edit all ICT-related reports. The editing procedure is clarified below.
Before submitting a report for editing, the PI and the TRP chair should agree that the technical content is final.
The PI should then forward the report to Leslie at lsweet@uiuc.edu. Large files can be uploaded to https://netfiles.uiuc.edu/lsweet/shared/; please notify her that the report has been uploaded.
The report should be in Microsoft Word format, and please let Leslie know the timeframe. For most reports, please allow her at least a week for review.
When Leslie finishes her review, she will arrange for printing and distribution.
Please note these new clarifications to the ICT Report Guidelines:
Length: The maximum length for reports is 75 pages (not including appendices). Any exceptions should be approved by ICT/IDOT prior to submission.
Measurements: Measurements should be provided in U.S. customary units. Equivalent SI (metric) measurements may be placed after the U.S. measurements in parentheses.
